Cosy and compact lodge to sleep four featuring one master double bedroom and one twin bedroom (with 2x 3ft single beds). One family bathroom with overhead shower. The living area includes a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and cosy lounge ideal for relaxing at the end of your day. Decking area with coffee table and four chairs with a covered, private outdoor hot tub. Pet friendly lodge with one dog welcome per lodge. There is a private off-road parking outside the lodge for two vehicles.

Entrance: Ramp access into the hall area of lodge.
Kitchen: Large Fridge & freezer, electric hob & oven with grill and an integrated microwave.
Dining Area: Kitchen centre island with 4 bar stools for casual dining.
Lounge: Smart TV with Freeview, 2 x 2-seater sofas plus a central coffee table.
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed, large wardrobes and dressing table
Bedroom 2: 2x 3ft single beds and wardrobe.
Main Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, heated towel rail, basin and toilet.
Pets: 1 dog welcome.
Parking: Drive for two cars
Garden/Patio: Cherry Lodge stands in a beautiful position within a quiet cul-de-sac area of our park surrounded by mature hedging along 3 sides of the property and an outdoor area to enjoy the East Yorkshire sunshine and your covered, private hot tub.
Heating: Gas central heating with dial thermostat.
Short breaks: Lodges are available to rent for 3, 4 or 7 nights
Notes: Towels and bath robes are provided for use with the hot tub. A complimentary hand towel will be supplied in both bathrooms alongside a tea towel and oven cloth in the kitchen. A small welcome pack of washing up liquid and toilet rolls etc will be provided to get your self-catering holiday started. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. No smoking at this property. Static cot and highchair available. .
