About Pine Lodge
Everything you'll need for a relaxing holiday!
Stunning luxury lodge with two bedrooms, one master double with ensuite walk-in shower and flat screen smart TV plus a spacious twin bedroom which also boasts a Smart TV. There is a second Bathroom with overhead shower accessible from the hall. The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen provides a spacious, well-equipped living area. There are two decking areas with contemporary outdoor lounge furniture to the front and a covered outdoor hot tub and dining/bbq area to the side and rear. Pine lodge is beautifully presented and decorated to a high standard with many added extras providing a home-from-home level of comfort. There is a private off-road parking outside the lodge for one vehicle with plenty of space for a second car in our general car park (which is protected by CCTV).
FACILITIES
Entrance: Step access into the utility room featuring sink and washing machine.
Kitchen: Large Fridge & freezer, electric hob & oven with grill, dishwasher, microwave and Tassimo drinks machine.
Dining Area: Extendable dining table and 4 chairs.
Lounge: Smart TV with Freeview, Bluetooth Soundbar, 2 x 2-seater sofas and 1 armchair; ample for four people to relax plus a central coffee table.
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed, 2x double wardrobes, smart TV, en suite walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rail and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: 2x single beds, dressing table with drawers, wardrobe and Smart TV.
Main Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, heated towel rail, basin and toilet.
Pets: Up to 2 dogs welcome.
Parking: Drive for one car and further space in our site carpark
Garden/Patio: Pine Lodge stands in a beautiful position featuring mature conifer screening along one side, 2 outdoor areas to maximise the East Yorkshire sunshine, a colourful planter across the front of the lodge and a covered, private hot tub.
Heating: Gas central heating with dial thermostat.
Short breaks: Lodges are available to rent for 3, 4 or 7 nights
Notes: Towels and bath robes are provided for use with the hot tub. A complimentary hand towel will be supplied in both bathrooms alongside a tea towel and oven cloth in the kitchen. A small welcome pack of washing up liquid and toilet rolls etc will be provided to get your self-catering holiday started. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. No smoking at this property. Static cot and highchair available. .
