Come and tarry a while in our friendly, laid-back (newly air-conditioned) café or you may prefer our covered south-facing sun terrace which is ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy some alfresco dining or a cold beer, whatever the weather.

Hearty lunch menu!
Our lunch menu is cooked from fresh produce and changes regularly to offer seasonal dishes, whatever the time of year. We have a lovely selection of hand-made cakes, a fully stocked bar and some of the best coffee around!
Dogs are was welcome as you are!
Dogs are welcome, both on our sun terrace and in our large doggy area inside the cafe. We provide towels for muddy paws, memory foam mats for a comfy place to lay, complimentary water & treats and we even have a special menu for your four-legged friend made from human-grade ingredients! Choose from Pawfect Picnic, Turkey Fricassee or Shepherd's Pie. If they're not too hungry they may prefer our locally produced doggy ice-cream: there's no need to leave your pooch in the lodge, bring them to our friendly café to enjoy a meal out too.

We regularly host tribute acts, acoustic music evenings, musical afternoon teas, special occasion groups and acts alongside our own extremely popular party nights.
